Located in old industrial premises in Ringön, Gothenburg in close proximity to the city center. Our colorful and adaptable venue is perfect for any type of memorable events: parties, dinners, lectures, fashion shows, film shoots and many others. We allow a lot of freedom in a rental so that the imagination of our clients can run wild.

Kolgruvan has a maximum capacity of 300 people, depending on the event, with two large studios next to each other. In addition there are a 110 sqm roof terrace, two large courtyards, kitchen, bar, 3 toilets, variety of technical equipment and furniture.

The rent includes cleaning, equipment, sound, lights and TV equipment, staff on site, preparation hours etc. The rooms can be booked every day at any hour. Standard package is set for 6 hours, if the party is desired to continue longer or shorter, it can be arranged. Besides, we are more than happy to help with our wide network of caterers, filmmakers and interior design companies.
